This page explains what information neighborsheatandair.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Neighbors Heating and Air, Inc., 32 North Main Street, Suite 104, Belmont, NC 28012.

When you contact us

If you fill out a form on this site, we get what you type into it: usually your name, phone number, email, address and a note about the problem. We use it to get back to you, schedule the visit and do the job. We don't sell it, and we don't hand it to anyone for their own marketing.

Online booking and financing

The Book Online buttons open a scheduler run by Housecall Pro, the software we use to run our jobs and invoices. What you enter there goes to Housecall Pro under their privacy policy.

The financing link takes you to Hearth, which handles the prequalification. Anything you enter there is covered by Hearth’s privacy policy.

Site statistics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t collect anything that identifies you. We see totals, like how many people visited a page or tapped the phone number, not who they were.

Facebook and Instagram (the Meta Pixel)

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It lets Meta record that a browser visited the site and whether it tapped to call, clicked Book Online, opened the financing link or sent the contact form. Meta may use cookies and information about your device to do this, and may connect it to a Facebook or Instagram account.

We use it for two things: to see whether our Facebook and Instagram posts and ads actually bring people to us, and to show our ads to people who have already visited. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.

If you’d rather not be included:

• Change your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram under Ad preferences, including whether ads can use activity from other websites.
• Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

Calls and texts

If you call or text us, we’ll use your number to reply and to follow up on your job. We won’t add you to a marketing list without asking.
